Put good use into your time in the pool at the Enclave at Woodbridge and exercise.

As one of the most affluent and fastest growing cities in the U.S, Sugarland is a great place to live. As residents of Enclave at Woodbridge, you can enjoy a great lifestyle, including health and exercise opportunities with our fitness center and pool. Here are some great pool exercises to get you moving and active in your community:

  • K-Treads-This exercise strengthens your legs, arms, back, and hamstrings. Hold one leg parallel to the bottom of the pool for five seconds; then quickly switch legs. Do as many of these as you can in 30 seconds, rest, and repeat. Don’t forget to keep your abs tight
  • Otter Rolls-Otter Rolls work out your abs, back, legs, and butt. It’s also a lot of fun! Use your shoulder and hip to lead you in a turn through the water; then use your legs to get a full 360 degree turn. Do as many of these as you can in 30 seconds, rest, and repeat.
  • Poolside Kicks-This exercise works your abs, butt, legs, and back. Hold onto the side of the pool and extend your legs behind you. Keep your legs slightly bent as you kick. Kick as much as you can for thirty seconds, rest, and repeat. Keep your abs tight to support your back.
