Legos Competition in Sugar Land? Count Us In!

This Lego house was a model based on a real home in Bulgaria. What will the Youth Build Challenge make?
Who doesn’t love Legos? No one. That’s who. The famous childhood toy that almost all of us know and love has raised some extremely fun decor with a Lego kitchen island and other projects, as well as many competitions for Lego construction across the country. Sugar Land Town Square has a competition coming up soon, and it’s going to be Lego-tastic!
On April 2nd in Sugar Land Town Square Plaza, Habitat for Humanity will host its Youth Build Challenge, where youth teams will use Legos to build realistic houses in a Lego competition. The competition is to raise funding and awareness for Fort Bend’s Habitat for Humanity program, which builds home for families in need. Teams will be judged in the following categories: Best Overall, Most Creative, and Most Realistic.
The Youth Build Challenge will go from 11 AM – 6 PM, and will feature a live DJ from 6 PM – 9 PM. There will be lots of fun to have at the Challenge, so be sure to come out and enjoy the event.
